Executive Assistant to International Director, South Asia (based in Singapore)

Job Description:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • Required language – English
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
  • Good team player with a ‘can do’ servant attitude
  • Resourceful and independent worker who is able to collaborate well with others and to keep confidentiality, and possess an eye for detail
  • Possess a mature personality with good people & problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Highly proficient in English and Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the International Director with executive and administrative support to enable smooth ministry operations and development;
  • Assist with drafting strategic plans, proposals, agreements and reports;
  • Project coordination, organizing and tracking budget information, workflows, processes and deadlines;
  • Ensure effective and timely communications between different stakeholders;
  • Provide other secretarial assistance;
  • Travel overseas to meet and visit teams, to track projects

5. It is never too early to wonder about life. Many of the missionaries asked questions even when they were young. Some of them experienced bullying, disappointments, unhappiness and even family problems when they were young. They learnt about the purpose of their lives when they started talking to parents, pastors and teachers in church. Do you talk to your parents and teachers about your hopes and fears?
6. Do you realize that God can use your childhood interests, experiences and education to be a blessing to the people around you? Whether it is learning about science, geography, or enjoying the fishing at the beach or making music, it takes hard work to become good at what you like to do. So work hard, play hard and enjoy your childhood.
