Chairman
Pastor Neo Ban Hui is currently the Lead Pastor at Salem Chapel. He was a former businessman running his own travel agency until the Lord challenged him to go into full-time ministry in 1995. He took a sabbatical from work to be trained at Tung Ling Bible School and subsequently at Faith Bible College in New Zealand. He joined Salem Chapel in 1998. He is married to Jasmin and they have 2 sons, Timothy and Jonathan.

Rev Benjamin Lee is currently Pastor-in-Charge of Toa Payoh Methodist Church since January 2021.
He graduated from Trinity Theological College (TTC) in year 2012, and has since served as a Methodist Pastor in Faith Methodist Church and most recently in Wesley Methodist Church. Prior to entering TTC, he worked in Hewlett-Packard for 9 years in their regional consulting team. He is married to Genevieve, and has 3 school-going children, Caleb, Sarah and Sophia.
Wong Kron Joo

Wong Kron Joo is presently a Finance Director in a local Arts Institution. Between 1998 and 2005, he was the Board Member on the Anglican Community Services (formerly Anglican Welfare Council). His past community involvements included Associate Counsellor and Family Life Educator with Fei Yue (Prison Work), REACH Counselling and Lakeside Family Service Centre. A member of Faith Methodist Church, he had previously assumed roles in the local church executive committee and family life ministry. He is currently involved with FaithActs (member of the Management Committee), Methodist Missions Society (Finance Committee) and Perspectives Singapore (Board Member).

Saw Seang-Pin has been in mission since 2005, first with OMF and now with OM. She has been involved with leadership development, mobilization, organizational restructuring, and business-as-mission. Seang-Pin worked as a lawyer before joining mission. She is married to Reginald Tan and worships at Zion Bishan Bible-Presbyterian Church.
Johnny Tan

Johnny Tan is the Director responsible for overseas church revitalisation at Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC), a role he assumed following his tenure as Missions Director in January 2025. He joined CEFC full-time as Missions Director in 2015 after retiring from the Singapore Armed Forces where he served 30 years in. He has been actively involved in church leadership, having served on the CEFC Church Board for 14 years, including 6 years as Chairman. He currently serves in the wider community as Vice-Chairman of New Life Community Services, a registered Social Service Agency in Singapore.
Rev. Manik Corea

Rev. Manik Corea is the National Director of the Singapore Centre for Global Missions. He is a Singaporean of Sri Lankan/Indian descent. In the past 22 years, he has served as a missionary with NAMS in the USA, UK, Thailand and Singapore.
He is also Associate Pastor of Crossroads International Church in Singapore. He is ordained in the Anglican Church of North America and serves his diocese as Global Consultant in Missions.
Manik has a Masters in Intercultural Studies (Church-Planting) from Asbury Theological Seminary and is currently enrolled in their Doctor of Ministry programme.
He is married to Maple from Taiwan and they have a teenage son, Josiah.
